About the restaurant
A restaurant located in a historic tenement house which focuses mainly on regional products. Refined recipes allow to taste numerous specialties and feel the real atmosphere of Krakow thanks to the attractive location. The menu has been refined to the smallest detail and gives the opportunity to taste regional specialties. It is a culinary tribute to the history of this place and a sense of connection with the tradition and local culture of Krakow and Malopolska.
Worth knowing
The leading product is ecological carp, which is brought to the restaurant straight from the Zator fishery. This is the area of the historical carp-breeding known already in the Middle Ages and based in the Land of Oświęcim and Zator.
The building and this highly regarded restaurant are named after the golden carp that crowned the house.
Exquisite beer from the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec, near Krakow. A unique recipe containing three noble hop varieties.
The wines come from the Saint Vincent vineyard in the Lubuskie region. The varieties you can taste in the restaurant are Pinot Gris and Regent.
